Responsibilities
- Lead our team in providing the highest quality experience in senior living to residents through compassion, culture and care.
- Work with all department heads to lead our team.
- Drive outreach and sales/marketing efforts.
- Be accountable for occupancy.
Preferred
- Strong background in sales and marketing is highly desirable
- Experience in senior care or sales and marketing
- Passion for service and success and desire to learn and instill the culture of Autumn Trace in daily operations
- Ability to coach and teach leaders with different backgrounds
