Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner across interdisciplinary teams to create strategy, foster insights, generate creative thinking, and propel best-in-class execution
  • Ensure briefs are fully understood and reflected accurately in outputs
  • Guide strategy development and tactical decisions
  • Develop talent and coach strategic fundamentals and narrative development
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of human behavior and translate audience insights into actionable recommendations
  • Sense-check recommendations for feasibility and alignment with client expectations and shared knowledge
  • Final review and QA of all strategic and tactical presentations, inclusive of performance reporting
  • Tighten and clarify work to add strategic polish and reduce rework
  • Foster a collaborative environment across disciplines and agency partners to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign delivery
  • Distill complexity into streamlined, actionable solutions

Requirements

  • 13+ years of experience in strategy, planning, and/or marketing science
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Ability to translate numbers into viable business solutions to enhance strategy and meet deliverables
  • Excellent leadership and ability to drive the team to deliver quality outputs
  • Strong listener who absorbs nuance, context, and feedback without ego
  • Trusted day-to-day client contact
  • Clear and responsive communicator
  • Detail-oriented and methodical, consistently catches gaps, inconsistencies, and missed asks
  • Calm under pressure and able to manage urgency without unnecessary escalation
  • Pragmatic and flexible around timelines, trade-offs, and prioritization
