Responsibilities

• Support nonprofit marketing campaigns, community outreach programs, and promotional events.
• Represent nonprofit partners through professional and engaging customer interactions.
• Educate community members about nonprofit missions, programs, and initiatives.
• Build meaningful relationships that increase awareness and community support.
• Assist with event setup, promotional materials, and campaign activities.
• Engage with donors, supporters, and community members in a positive and professional manner.
• Collect feedback and outreach insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals and community impact objectives.
• Participate in paid training focused on marketing strategies, communication, fundraising, leadership, and professional development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework or degree is a plus but not required.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, fundraising, events, or marketing is helpful but not required.
• Full-time availability.
