Responsibilities

• Assisting with the planning and execution of live events, promotional campaigns, and brand activations.
• Supporting event setup, guest registration, attendee engagement, and event breakdown.
• Communicating with clients to understand event goals, provide updates, and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Working closely with marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure successful event execution.
• Partnering with vendors, venues, and suppliers to keep projects on schedule.
• Monitoring event activities, resolving issues quickly, and helping create a positive guest experience.
• Collecting client and attendee feedback to measure event success.
• Assisting with post-event reporting and using insights to improve future marketing campaigns.

Requirements
