Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Email Campaigns & Newsletters: Write, edit, and send email campaigns and newsletters that inform, engage, and drive action across our agent network — bringing a clear message, strong structure, and a compelling call to action to every send.
  • Social Media: Plan, schedule, and publish social media content; monitor engagement, respond to or escalate inquiries as appropriate, and track performance metrics to keep our social presence active and on-brand.
  • Performance & Reporting: Analyze email and social media performance data; compile campaign results and translate them into clear insights that inform future content and improve engagement.
  • Content Calendar: Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a content calendar, coordinate campaign timelines, and ensure assets, approvals, and deliverables stay organized and on schedule.
  • Quality & Brand Compliance: Review all content and creative assets — including AI-assisted outputs — for accuracy, quality, tone, and brand compliance before distribution.
  • Team Support: Support event-related promotions (webinars, conferences, and internal initiatives), help maintain marketing documentation and workflows, and pitch in on other initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in email marketing with some exposure to social media marketing: demonstrated writing ability and hands-on experience drafting and sending campaigns.
  • Strong email copywriting skills with a solid grasp of what makes a subject line, body copy, and call to action effective — and an intuitive sense of how to adapt tone for different audiences.
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong proofreading and quality assurance capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot); basic HTML knowledge is an asset.
  • Familiarity with basic marketing analytics and reporting.
  • Must reside and be authorized to work in USA.

Preferred

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an asset.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation and a comprehensive total rewards package, including an employee group savings program, and group benefits coverage (health, vision, dental, disability, and life insurance), as well as access to mental health supports and an Employee Assistance Program.
