- Email Campaigns & Automation: Plan, create, and run strategic campaigns and automate nurture flows to drive engagement and leads.
- Analytics & Optimization: Track performance, derive insights from data, and iteratively improve targeting, content, and cadence.

Responsibilities
- planning, creating, and executing strategic email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and achieve business goals.
- Day-to-day tasks include utilizing email marketing software, analyzing campaign performance, optimizing marketing efforts through data-driven decisions, managing contact lists, implementing marketing automation, and generating leads through targeted email outreach.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Email Marketing Software and experience with Marketing Automation tools
- Strong skills in Marketing Analytics to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance
- Experience in Lead Generation techniques and strategies
- Excellent Communication skills for effective content creation and collaboration
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends and best practices is a plus
