Job Summary

Builds and owns HubSpot-powered demand-gen engine across campaigns, nurturing, and lifecycle automation to drive lead generation and conversion, with a strong emphasis on data-driven optimization and CRM hygiene.

Own multi-channel campaigns and content strategy to support lead generation and retention.
Manage HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and automated email workflows to improve segmentation, delivery, and attribution.

Job Description

Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with company goals
Create and manage marketing content for email, web, social media, and digital campaigns
Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to support lead generation and customer retention strategies
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends
Assist with branding initiatives, product promotions, events, and content marketing
Track campaign performance and provide reporting with actionable recommendations
Build, schedule, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns and automated workflows in HubSpot
Create lead nurturing sequences, drip campaigns, and customer lifecycle automations
Segment audiences and maintain accurate contact databases within HubSpot
Monitor and improve email performance metrics including open rates, CTR, conversions, and deliverability
