Job Description

Responsibilities

The Email Marketing Specialist Apprentice will assist in creating, optimizing, and analyzing email campaigns to engage customers and support business goals.
Responsibilities include crafting email copy, designing campaigns, managing email lists, segmenting audiences, testing campaign performance, and generating performance reports.
The apprentice will also work closely with the marketing team to strategize and execute email marketing initiatives.
This is a part-time remote role, providing the flexibility to work from any location.

Requirements

Proficiency in Email Marketing Software, such as Mailchimp or similar platforms
Understanding of Marketing Automation and techniques
Skills in Marketing Analytics and data interpretation
Experience or familiarity with Lead Generation strategies
Strong Communication skills for crafting engaging, professional email content
Ability to work independently with excellent time-management and organizational skills
Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline

Preferred

Knowledge of AI, Data Science, or related fields is a plus
