Job Summary

Own the design, delivery, and optimization of HubSpot-driven email and digital campaigns, turning cross-functional plans into scalable workflows, data hygiene, and responsive experiences across 30+ programs.

  • HubSpot Ops: build emails, landing pages, forms, and templates that adhere to brand and UI/UX standards.
  • Campaign Automation: partner with the Marketing Automation Specialist to accelerate workflows and improve efficiency across campaigns and teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and build digital publications and responsive email campaigns in HubSpot
  • Create forms and landing pages that support lead generation and engagement initiatives
  • Apply brand standards and UI/UX best practices across templates, layouts, and email experiences
  • Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure accuracy, functionality, and optimization across devices
  • Manage and execute email campaigns, including segmentation, list management, data hygiene, reporting, and performance analysis
  • Support a high-volume environment across 30+ programs and multiple internal stakeholders
  • Partner with the Marketing Automation Specialist to enhance automation strategies and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate on campaign planning, creative ideation, and digital engagement initiatives
  • Develop documentation, training, and support materials for HubSpot users and related tools
  • Help build scalable workflows and marketing operations processes that improve team effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, marketing operations, or campaign management
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience required, including Marketing Hub; Operations Hub or Sales Hub is a plus
  • HubSpot Inbound Certification required
  • Experience with Google Analytics, automation workflows, integrations, and emerging marketing technologies
  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and interacting directly with stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn new tools and technologies

Preferred

  • Experience with Operations Hub or Sales Hub is a plus
  • Experience with Marketo, Eloqua, Mailchimp, Salesforce, Pardot, Braze, or Adobe Campaign is a plus
  • Willingness to pursue additional certifications beyond HubSpot Inbound Certification
