Lead end-to-end email marketing programs that drive engagement and revenue, from lifecycle journeys to onboarding and retention, while testing, analyzing, and optimizing deliverability and performance.

Own and optimize high-volume campaigns
Build automated lifecycle journeys and A/B tests
Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales on growth initiatives

Job Description

Responsibilities

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and optimize high-volume email marketing campaigns
- Write compelling, conversion-focused email copy
- Build and manage multi-step email nurture and lifecycle campaigns
- Create onboarding, activation, retention, and win-back email sequences
- Design and execute A/B tests across:
- Subject lines
- Preview text
- Email copy
- Calls-to-action

Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation
- Experience managing high-volume outbound email campaigns
- Strong email copywriting skills with a focus on conversion optimization
- Experience building automated lifecycle and nurture campaigns
- Deep understanding of A/B testing methodology
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM
- Hands-on experience with Looker or Looker Studio
- Experience marketing software within the legal, compliance, tax, financial services, or other regulated industries
