Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns targeting international clients.
Build and manage email databases and segmented mailing lists.
Design and write engaging email content for lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversions) and optimize accordingly.
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and sending strategies.
Ensure compliance with international email regulations and best practices (spam laws, opt-ins, etc.).
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals.
Maintain email marketing tools and automation workflows.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in Email Marketing.
Prior experience working in an IT services company is mandatory.
Hands-on experience targeting international markets (US, UK, Europe, etc.).
Strong knowledge of email marketing tools and automation platforms.
Good understanding of email deliverability, segmentation, and campaign analytics.
Strong written communication skills for professional email drafting.
Ability to analyze campaign data and improve performance.
