Own and optimize end-to-end email programs, driving automation, segmentation, and messaging that align with broader marketing goals and build strong client engagement.
- Email Program Ownership: Lead design, execution, and optimization of campaigns and workflows to improve performance.
- Audience Targeting: Manage segmentation and targeting strategies to maximize relevance and conversions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, content, and analytics teams to ensure consistent messaging and data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of email marketing campaigns
- Designing and automating email workflows
- Tracking key campaign metrics
- Managing segmentation and targeting strategies
- Ensuring campaigns align with overall marketing objectives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and strong client engagement
- This is a full-time remote position
Requirements
- Expertise in Marketing Automation and CRM tools
- Experience in Lead Generation and Digital Marketing strategies
- Knowledge of crafting and executing targeted email marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and optimize performance
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Proficiency in email marketing tools and understanding of deliverability best practices
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Preferred
- Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making is a plus
