Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, scheduling, and monitoring email marketing campaigns
• Conduct lead research and help build targeted prospect lists
• Help manage CRM updates and email workflows
• Support outreach initiatives to drive engagement and conversions
• Create simple graphics for emails, social posts, or marketing materials using Canva or similar tools
• Assist in tracking campaign performance and preparing reports

Requirements

• Background or strong interest in digital marketing
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
• Eager to learn, self-motivated, and adaptable

Preferred

• Experience with email platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign) is a plus
• Basic graphic design experience (Canva, Figma, or Photoshop)
