Job Summary

Own end-to-end ecommerce execution for a DTC brand with a focus on Shopify operations, conversion rate optimization, email marketing in Klaviyo, and new product launches. Drive blog content, manage launches, and report weekly KPIs to improve conversion across channels.

Shopify Operations & CRO: manage product listings and collections, content updates, QA, and on-site optimisations to support conversions
Email & CRM: build and deploy Klaviyo campaigns and lifecycle flows; report KPIs and test cadence
Product Launches & Content: execute launches end-to-end and optimise product pages and blog content for SEO and conversion
