Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities include understanding infant-toddler development, using a parent coaching model, participating in screenings, assessments, and home visits, and collaborating with community providers.
  • Service coordination and development of Individual Family Service Plans are essential.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related fields, with appropriate licensure or eligibility.
  • Two years pediatric experience preferred.
  • Effective communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and reliable transportation.

Preferred

  • Bilingual/bicultural candidates encouraged.
