Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize our eBay storefront, including listings, pricing, and order processing (shipping)
• Take high-quality product photos and write compelling, accurate descriptions.
• Build and maintain a Shopify website for our computer hardware inventory.
• Utilize SEO and internet marketing best practices to enhance visibility and drive sales.
• Deliver prompt and professional customer service through online platforms.
• Research competitive pricing and suggest strategic adjustments to optimize pricing.
• Expand our sales presence to additional platforms (e.g., Facebook Marketplace)
• Track performance metrics and report on e-commerce trends and improvements - monthly

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of e-commerce experience
• Strong experience managing eBay seller accounts
• Proven skills in building and managing a Shopify store
• Working knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and e-commerce analytics
• Strong written communication and photography skills
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work on-site daily – this is not a remote position.

Preferred

• Experience selling on Facebook Marketplace, Amazon, or other platforms
• Familiarity with product photo editing tools (e.g., Canva, Lightroom)
• Formal or informal background in computer hardware and technology
