Job Summary

Own day-to-day e-commerce operations, drive CRO and merchandising, and partner with marketing to lift online revenue while tracking key metrics.

  • Own product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory accuracy across the platform.
  • Drive online sales growth through conversion rate optimization and merchandising strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, promotions, and email initiatives while monitoring traffic, revenue, and ROAS.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce website
  • Oversee product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory accuracy
  • Drive online sales growth through conversion rate optimization and merchandising strategies
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, revenue, ROAS)
  • Collaborate with marketing on digital campaigns, promotions, and email marketing initiatives
  • Optimize website user experience, navigation, and checkout flow
  • Analyze customer behavior and sales trends to improve product performance
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate inventory and product availability
  • Support development and implementation of website updates and enhancements
  • Ensure brand consistency across all online platforms

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail operations
  • Experience managing an e-commerce platform (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales and performance data
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar reporting tools
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels (email, paid ads, SEO basics)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment

Preferred

  • Experience in jewelry, luxury retail, pawn, or high-value goods industry
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or website management tools
  • Experience working in multi-location retail environments
