Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Performance Reporting: Produce regular reports on used car performance metrics, including stock advertising levels, ensuring accuracy and clear visibility across the business.
  • Scorecard Delivery: Create and maintain a bi-monthly e-commerce scorecard covering both advertising and operational KPIs, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Training & Best Practice: Work closely with Digital Merchandisers across the group to deliver training, share insights, and drive consistent standards in online vehicle presentation.
  • Retailer Support: Assist the E-Commerce Manager in preparing for and delivering retailer performance reviews, contributing data, insights, and recommendations.
  • Data Analysis: Interpret performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement across the digital retail journey.
  • Process Improvement: Support the development and refinement of e-commerce processes to improve efficiency and overall performance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an e-commerce, digital, or data-focused role, ideally within a multi-site or retail environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage recurring reporting deadlines.
  • A confident communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders at different levels across the business.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with a willingness to challenge and improve existing ways of working.
  • Holds a full UK driving licence.

Preferred

  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with reporting tools or digital platforms.
