Job Summary

Own the cross-functional DTC marketing engine from email to website, turning business goals into scalable workflows, clear briefs, and accountable vendor governance.

  • End-to-end workflow governance: define, optimize, and automate campaigns across email and web with cross-functional alignment.
  • Agency and partner orchestration: scope, KPIs, SLAs, onboarding, and performance reviews to deliver on time and on budget.
  • Measurement and visibility: KPI tracking, test-and-learn loops, and dashboards for leadership-ready insights.

Job Description

  • Support end-to-end DTC email marketing program management by establishing execution frameworks, coordinating cross-functional and agency teams, and ensuring best practices in segmentation, personalization, testing, and deliverability to drive timely, high-quality campaign execution.
  • Enable DTC website strategy and execution by collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality digital experiences, ensuring adherence to SEO, CRO/DXO, UX, and brand standards while implementing governance processes and coordinating development timelines and releases.
  • Drive the design and continuous improvement of scalable end-to-end marketing workflows and governance processes across the hearing conversion funnel for web and email campaigns, ensuring efficient execution, cross-functional alignment, and ongoing optimization through automation and performance-driven insights.
  • Facilitate end-to-end agency and vendor management by defining scope, KPIs, and SLAs, leading onboarding and performance reviews, and ensuring partners deliver high-quality work on time and within budget while optimizing resources and identifying new capabilities.
  • Champion performance and accountability by defining and tracking KPIs, building robust reporting frameworks, leading structured test-and-learn initiatives, and ensuring transparency through clear insights, dashboards, and regular stakeholder communication.
  • Serve as the central connector across cross-functional teams and partners by translating business goals into strategic roadmaps, clear briefs and execution plans, driving alignment, collaboration, and accountability across marketing, product, analytics, creative, and agency stakeholders.
