Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Merchandising and Product teams to translate product strategies into clear marketing narratives; develop product marketing frameworks that highlight key styles, categories, and seasonal assortments.
  • Own brand calendar creating a strategic rhythm of storytelling that supports brand and business goals.
  • Develop strategy and execute product campaigns that stand out across the brand ecosystem and beyond.
  • Ensure product marketing aligns with the broader brand voice and positioning.
  • Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns that bring product stories to life across channels including but not limited to site, stores, app, email and social.
  • Ensure campaigns deliver a cohesive brand message across all customer touchpoints and in accordance with the brand calendar.
  • Build and maintain integrated marketing calendars aligned with product launches and merchandising strategies.
  • Lead brand media strategy and execution, bring product marketing off brand channels.
  • Serve as a key connector between Marketing, Merchandising, Creative, E-commerce, and Retail teams.
  • Align stakeholders around campaign objectives, messaging, and timelines.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of marketing experience with a focus on product marketing, integrated marketing, or brand marketing.
  • Proven ability to translate product strategies into successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience partnering closely with merchandising and creative teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience within fashion, retail, or consumer brands strongly preferred.
