Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize marketing automation tools and CRM integrations.
  • Develop and refine lead management and campaign processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign infrastructure and workflows.
  • Track marketing performance and create dashboards for leadership insights.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing automation strategies.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process automation to improve efficiency.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new marketing automation users.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to marketing campaigns and systems promptly.
  • Stay updated on the latest marketing technology trends and recommend innovations.

Requirements

  • Possess 8-12+ years of experience managing marketing operations.
  • Have extensive hands-on skill with platforms like Marketo and HubSpot.
  • Demonstrate success in building or improving marketing workflows and systems.
  • Be highly analytical, with expertise in performance tracking and reporting.
  • Capable of working independently in fast-paced environments and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing, sales, and IT teams.
  • Proven track record of implementing scalable marketing automation solutions.
  • Experience in a financial services or investment management environment is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices in data security.
