Job Summary

Own cross-channel paid media strategy and team leadership for a client portfolio, shaping budgets, plans, and point of view to drive client outcomes and agency growth.

  • Growth Leadership: Own strategy across channels, align plans to client objectives, and manage budgets and timelines.
  • Team & Capability: Build and coach the media team, assign work, and raise capability through training and evaluation.
  • POV & Opportunity Clarity: Proactively surface media opportunities and present concise, well-supported recommendations.

Job Description

  • Media Strategy and Planning: Lead strategic and tactical planning across channels to deliver client objectives.
  • Client Relationships: Build and own client relationships, understanding business goals and driving growth.
  • Plan Development: Develop, implement, and maintain media plans that meet strategies.
  • Quality & Workflow: Review recommendations before client delivery and manage daily workflow.
  • Budgets & Timelines: Manage client budgets and timelines, oversee reports and billing.
  • Negotiation & Opportunities: Assist in negotiating media contracts to maximize leverage.
  • Opportunity POVs: Proactively investigate media opportunities and present well-supported POVs.
  • Industry Trends: Stay abreast of media trends impacting client business.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team, delegate tasks, motivate, and evaluate performance.
