Job Summary

Lead and align marketing, editorial, and digital functions to forecast risks, optimize donor acquisition and retention, and drive fundraising impact across channels.

  • Own cross‑department strategy and KPI governance, continuously refining plans for growth and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to optimize productivity, budget, and donor engagement across the fundraising funnel.
  • Tell cohesive reporting stories that connect donor acquisition, retention, and impact through analytics and transparency.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Editorial and Digital teams, forecast risks and opportunities, and keep functions running smoothly.
  • Review area performance and KPIs, adjusting strategies for greater success.
  • Meet weekly with Marketing department managers to ensure clarity, workload fulfillment, and obstacle resolution.
  • Foster innovation by testing new ideas, campaigns, and communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with World Help directors to optimize productivity and grow donor giving.
  • Outline and oversee the Marketing department budget and forecast needs for financial health.
  • Report opportunities, issues, processes, and Marketing department needs to the Executive department.
  • Meet regularly with the Executive Director of Marketing & Development to report updates and progress.
  • Provide oversight to marketing activities, media requests, fundraising practices, invoicing/estimates/requisitions, and crisis-response protocol.
  • Share reporting & analytics results with Marketing to align donor acquisition, retention, and funnel progression.

Requirements

  • B.S. Degree in Marketing or Related Field
  • 5+ Years of Donor Fundraising
  • 5+ Years of Marketing Within Nonprofit Context
  • 5+ Years of Management Experience
  • Efficient Time Management
  • Exemplary Organizational Skills
  • Clear & Effective Communication
  • Nonprofit Leadership/Work Experience

Preferred

  • Digital Marketing & Social Media Platform Knowledge
  • WordPress & HubSpot Experience
  • Front-End & Back-End Development Experience
  • Experience Identifying Data Trends in Business Setting
