Job Summary
The role centers on creating and leading integrated marketing strategies to advance Highlands School’s mission, planning and executing campaigns, and managing communications and digital presence. It requires strong expertise in market planning, market research, and marketing management, with leadership experience and collaboration across teams. The position seeks a candidate who can support enrollment and development goals while engaging stakeholders and maintaining an active external and internal communications flow.

Requirements
- Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to design and execute effective marketing strategies
- Proven expertise in Marketing Management, including campaign oversight and team leadership
- Experience in Marketing and Sales to drive growth and enhance community engagement
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tactics, social media management, and content creation
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Experience in educational or non-profit settings is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic environment
