Own the marketing operations engine with a focus on cross‑functional alignment, scalable tooling, and data‑driven decision making.

  • Marketing Ops: Standardize processes, tooling, and reporting to enable faster decisions and scale across the organization.
  • Performance Analytics: Build dashboards and insights to drive action across marketing and adjacent teams.
  • Cross-Functional Partnerships: Align with sales, finance, and tech on integrated plans and efficient resource use.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a forward-looking marketing operations strategy aligned to business goals. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve team effectiveness.
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing tools and platforms to enhance performance and scalability.
  • Lead the development of marketing metrics, reporting, and insights. Translate data into actionable recommendations and embed it into business processes.
  • Build strong partnerships across teams to ensure marketing is aligned with broader business priorities and delivering integrated results.
  • Oversee marketing budget planning and resource allocation to ensure strategic investment and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, strategy, transformation within Financial Services
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and operations, business processes, and technology solutions
  • Proven ability to lead through influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience building and scaling processes, tools, and reporting frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and lead through change
  • High level of professionalism and ability to manage confidential information
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (overnight as needed)
  • Proficiency in AI tools and transformation
