Job Summary

Own the community-facing marketing engine for a skilled-nursing center, translating market signals into campaigns that grow brand awareness, patient volume, and referral network across local providers and organizations.

Marketing plans and campaigns across social, email, and print to drive community engagement and patient referrals.
Collaboration with clinical staff to develop patient materials and collateral that educate and convert prospective patients.
Monitor marketing metrics and refine strategies based on trends, patient feedback, and competitive activity.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive patient volume, and enhance our reputation in the community
Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and print
Collaborate with our clinical staff to develop educational materials, patient brochures, and other marketing collateral
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and patient feedback to inform marketing strategies and improve patient engagement
Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, insurance companies, and community organizations to expand our referral network
Monitor and report on marketing metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation
