Job Summary

Build and own ABFS marketing function from scratch, align with leadership, and drive measurable pipeline while balancing brand, demand, and recruiting needs.

  • Growth ownership: Build and execute the marketing strategy from zero, collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership.
  • Performance management: Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to drive pipeline and BD outcomes.
  • Demand and enablement: Generate qualified leads and create marketing content, campaigns, sales collateral, and proposals.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute the company's marketing strategy from the ground up
  • Establish KPIs, reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Generate qualified leads that support business development and sales growth
  • Support recruiting efforts through employer branding and talent attraction campaigns
  • Develop marketing content, campaigns, sales collateral, presentations, and proposal materials
  • Oversee website strategy, SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media
  • Analyze competitors, market opportunities, and customer trends
  • Build and manage internal marketing resources and external vendors
  • Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership
