Job Summary

Own and orchestrate multi-channel influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable ROI, while advising clients, leading creative concepts, and ensuring campaigns scale with governance, budgets, and cross-team collaboration.

  • Campaign Ownership: Design and lead paid/earned influencer programs across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and related platforms with ROI-focused budgets.
  • Strategic Advisory & Execution: Align client goals, timelines, and deliverables, delivering insights through performance reporting and recommendations.
  • Team Leadership & Growth: Mentor junior staff, collaborate with PR/Experiential, and contribute to business development and industry leadership.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Dream up creative, multi-pronged paid and earned influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement and conversion for clients across industries
  • Advise clients on short and long-term strategy, manage expectations, set goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Maintain consistent knowledge of client affairs, generating original ideas to amplify their efforts through influencer marketing
  • Originate creative and ownable campaign concepts that earn shares beyond the paid spend and create virtual watercooler conversation
  • Reverse engineer virality; demonstrate understanding of what props campaigns for maximum talkability
  • Collaborate with the PR and Experiential teams to create integrated campaigns that deliver on client objectives
  • Deliver outstanding results that prove meaningful to clients and drive repeat business for the agency
  • Identify, outreach, negotiate, contract and lead the overall management and execution of paid and earned influencer programming across tiers of influencers and platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Manage budgets ensuring cost-effectiveness and a strong ROI
  • Report on campaign KPIs and performance providing actionable data-based insights and recommendations to clients

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7-9+ years of relevant experience within the influencer marketing space (agency or in-house)
  • Negotiating contracts
  • Creating and managing successful influencer campaigns
  • Maintaining a strong network of influencer and agent relationships
