Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Launch planning and execution end-to-end — from early planning through post-launch review — with clear milestones, readiness criteria, and accountable owners at each stage.
  • Maintain a single coordinated launch plan across Studio, Commercial, WPN, Marketing, and Analytics, including dependencies, decision gates, and escalation paths for blocking issues.
  • Build and maintain repeatable launch programs and in-store activations that produce consistent retail outcomes across channels.
  • Produce and manage a centralized GTM enablement toolkit — playbooks, readiness checklists, FAQs — and run the launch cadence including readiness reviews, executive updates, and post-launch retrospectives.
  • Define and own launch performance measurement, tracking store-level outcomes including traffic, event participation, sell-through, and revenue.
  • Translate performance data into concrete execution changes, surfacing insights that inform prioritization decisions across commercial and studio teams.
  • Build reporting infrastructure and dashboards that give stakeholders clear visibility into project and program health at both the program and launch level.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Trade, and Digital teams to coordinate trade and channel initiatives — including promotions, toolkits, in-store activation, and retailer enablement.
  • Align website and key digital touchpoints with launch plans so players are directed toward in-store actions and participation paths.
  • Bring Studio, Commercial, WPN, Marketing, and Analytics into alignment on priorities, sequencing, and decision-making — serving as the connective tissue across the GTM function.

Requirements

  • Senior leadership experience owning go-to-market or launch program management for retail or combined physical/digital products.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and operate cross-functional launch processes that deliver consistent, repeatable execution at scale.
  • Strong analytical capability — comfortable building performance frameworks, interpreting complex data, and turning insights into operational decisions.
  • Experience with trade and channel campaigns, including retail partner coordination and store-facing enablement.
  • Clear, concise communication with senior stakeholders; comfortable owning executive readouts and driving alignment across functions.
  • Structured operating mindset — experience managing complex programs with multiple workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholders simultaneously.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with specialty or hobby retail networks, including LGS-style ecosystems.
  • Experience supporting retail outcomes through consumer-facing digital surfaces (web or app).
  • Experience running formal operating cadences (WBR/MBR/QBR) and launch governance processes.
  • Background in BI, analytics tooling, SQL, Python, and leading data analytic teams.
