Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a best-in-class team of paid media marketers, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and accountability
  • Oversee and optimize a multi-million-dollar budget across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Bing, CTV and emerging channels
  • Own key growth KPIs including CAC, ROAS, LTV, traffic growth rate, new customer growth rates, and paid media efficiency
  • Partner with the VP of Ecommerce on financial forecasting, budget planning, and performance projections
  • Supervise day-to-day project management for paid media initiatives, including Asana task management, milestone tracking, stakeholder communication, and quality control
  • Maintain active oversight within ad platforms and analytics tools to ensure performance strategies are informed by real-time data and platform-level insights
  • Conduct hands-on QA for paid media launches across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest to ensure accurate tracking, campaign setup, creative implementation, and budget alignment prior to launch
  • Lead ongoing paid media testing across channels to identify scalable growth levers
  • Oversee testing roadmaps, platform execution and translate learnings into actionable optimization plans that improve ROAS
  • Lead incrementality testing on Measured and use attribution modeling (MMM) to evaluate media effectiveness and inform strategic investment decisions
  • Lead the paid media team in delivering quarterly business reviews and continuous paid media reporting, ensuring insights are accurate, actionable, and aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with the Director of Digital Marketing to shape and align acquisition and retention strategies across omnichannel marketing initiatives
  • Define and oversee SEO strategy, ensuring best practices and emerging AI technologies are leveraged to maximize organic performance
  • Partner with Site Merchandising Manager to ensure execution & maintenance
  • Guide the paid media team in producing deeper analytical insights that inform key business decisions across departments, including Creative, Merchandising & Design, and Buying & Planning
  • Oversee and own the maintenance and accuracy of various paid media trackers, and content trackers
  • Proactively flag opportunities to optimize and streamline processes with cross-department workflows
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in the digital marketing world, and the fashion and apparel industry
  • Ad hoc projects and tasks as necessary, including (but not limited to) eCommerce data analytics projects

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading, developing and supervising teams with a proven ability to collaborate across functions to deliver results
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Slides, Google Sheets
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads
  • Advanced understanding of media measurement methodologies, incrementality, and attribution models
  • Ability to synthesize large data sets to generate actionable insights
  • Familiarity with MMM, incrementality testing, and geoholdout testing methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate data-driven insights and strategies
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and self-motivation to work independently
  • High attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in all aspects of work
