Job Description
Responsibilities
- Scale paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging channels
- Improve MER, CAC, and overall marketing efficiency
- Identify and unlock new growth opportunities
- Develop and guide winning creative angles and testing roadmaps
- Work closely with our in-house creative team and founders
- Identify winning ads and scale them aggressively
- Improve homepage, product pages, landing pages, and checkout performance
- Implement A/B testing and experimentation roadmap
- Increase conversion rate and AOV
- Optimize email and SMS flows and campaigns (Klaviyo, Attentive)
Requirements
- 7+ years in growth or performance marketing
- 3+ years in a senior leadership role
- Experience scaling a DTC eCommerce brand significantly
- Deep experience with paid social (Meta and TikTok required)
- Strong understanding of CRO, lifecycle marketing, and attribution
Preferred
- Experience scaling a brand from $10M to $50M+ revenue
- Experience in jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle DTC
- Experience with headless Shopify environments
- Experience implementing growth SaaS tools and attribution platforms
