  • Conversion & Personalization: own the CRO roadmap and personalized shopping experiences across channels and pages.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Retention & Customer Lifetime Value
  • Develop and execute strategies that increase customer lifetime value through loyalty programs, memberships, subscriptions, post-purchase journeys, and retention marketing.
  • Identify opportunities to improve repeat purchase rate, customer engagement, and long-term profitability.
  • Partner with CRM and Marketing teams to optimize lifecycle communication and retention initiatives.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization & User Experience
  • Own the website optimization roadmap focused on improving conversion rate, average order value, and revenue per visitor.
  • Build and manage a disciplined A/B testing program across the entire customer journey, including homepage, collection pages, PDPs, cart, checkout, and landing pages.
  • Evaluate and implement new customer experiences, including virtual try-on technology, mobile app opportunities, and emerging ecommerce capabilities.
  • Personalization
  • Develop personalized shopping experiences based on customer behavior, purchase history, and acquisition source.
  • Evaluate and manage personalization platforms such as Nosto or similar technologies.
  • Continuously improve customer journeys through segmentation, testing, and behavioral insights.
  • Analytics & Channel-Specific Experiences
  • Analyze customer behavior across acquisition channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Organic Search, and Affiliate.
  • Create channel-specific landing page experiences that improve conversion and customer engagement.
  • Establish dashboards and reporting to measure testing performance, customer behavior, and business impact while using data to prioritize future initiatives.
  • Customer Experience, Reviews & Social Proof
  • Improve every stage of the customer journey by reducing friction and building confidence throughout the buying process.
  • Develop strategies around product reviews, user-generated content, customer feedback, and social proof that increase conversion and strengthen brand trust.
  • Partner with Customer Experience teams to identify recurring pain points and implement scalable improvements.

Requirements

  • You have 5-10 years of ecommerce experience with a high-growth DTC consumer brand and have successfully scaled digital revenue through customer experience, retention, and conversion optimization.
  • You've built and optimized loyalty, membership, subscription, or retention programs that measurably increased customer lifetime value. Loyalty experience is a must have.
  • You have extensive experience leading CRO programs with structured testing methodologies and can confidently prioritize opportunities based on data.
  • You're deeply analytical and comfortable using tools such as GA4, Shopify Analytics, Looker, Triple Whale, or similar platforms to make business decisions.
  • You understand how different acquisition channels require different customer experiences and know how to build landing pages and journeys that improve conversion.
  • You have experience implementing personalization platforms and using customer segmentation to deliver more relevant shopping experiences.
  • You're knowledgeable in SEO fundamentals and understand how AI-powered search and Answer Engine Optimization are changing ecommerce discovery.
  • You think like both a strategist and an operator; able to define a long-term vision while executing quickly on high-impact initiatives.
  • You enjoy collaborating across departments and are comfortable influencing decisions with data, customer insights, and clear communication.
  • Experience in fashion, eyewear, apparel, or another fast-paced DTC consumer brand is strongly preferred and will be prioritized.
