Own the donor funnel from strategy through stewardship, turning campaigns, storytelling, and grants into measurable fundraising growth.

Fundraising Strategy and Campaigns: set direction and drive donor acquisition and retention.
Donor Communications and Storytelling: coordinate newsletters, appeals, and impact narratives.
Grants and Reporting: research, write proposals, and report outcomes to leadership and boards.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement fundraising strategies and campaigns.
Cultivate, solicit, and steward donors.
Support major donor and foundation relationships.
Track fundraising performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Create and coordinate donor communications, newsletters, appeals, and other marketing materials.
Maintain consistent messaging across print, digital, email, social media, and website.
Gather and share stories that demonstrate the impact of the Clinic’s ministry.
Research, write, and manage grant proposals and reports.
Build relationships with foundations, churches, businesses, and community partners.
Maintain donor records and fundraising systems.

The Neighborhood Christian Clinic

There are nearly 800,000 people in Maricopa County who do not have the means to obtain for themselves primary or specialty medical and dental care because they do not have health insurance.
