Responsibilities

• Manage the admissions process from initial inquiry through enrollment.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations of prospective participants.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and community organizations to facilitate admissions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding admissions and program eligibility.
• Monitor and analyze admissions data to improve processes and outreach efforts.
• Participate in marketing and outreach initiatives to promote the program.
• The Admissions Director manages the admitting department operations for the Center. The primary focus of this job function is to ensure both center overall census occupancy and quality mix are optimized and capture as much market share as possible.
• The Admissions Director will manage the admission process to include effective facility tours that promote conversion to admission, coordinate clinical and financial approvals for admission communication with families and staff to ensure the admission process is seamless.
• The Admissions Director will participate in sales efforts as directed with the goal of meeting and/or exceeding budgeted census goals including all community-based marketing needs of the Center.

Requirements

• The Admissions Director will oversee the admissions process for our adult day health program, ensuring a smooth transition for new participants and their families.
• strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the needs of older adults and individuals with disabilities.
• Marketing Exp a must!
• strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and be computer proficient.
