Job Summary

Own admissions and enrollment operations while driving donor engagement and community outreach to grow enrollment and gifts.

  • Admissions: own the full process from prospect cultivation to enrollment, including target setting and policy design.
  • Fundraising and donor stewardship: cultivate major gifts, plan annual campaigns, and manage donor data for accurate acknowledgments.
  • Community and alumni engagement: promote Catholic education, lead volunteer programs, and coordinate alumni communications.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Foster meaningful relationships with prospective and new families.
  • Lead school tours to prospective school families.
  • Promote the mission of Catholic education within the broader community.
  • Build and maintain relationships with major donors, businesses, and community partners.
  • Share the good news of the school through media coverage, social media platforms, website content, and multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Create compelling fundraising materials and proposals.
  • Track and report on fundraising progress and metrics.
  • Ensure proper stewardship of donations and gifts.
  • Plan and execute annual giving campaigns and fundraising initiatives.
  • Identify, cultivate, and solicit major gift prospects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 3-5 years of experience in admissions, fundraising, development, marketing, and/or public relations, preferably in a nonprofit or educational environment
  • A Catholic in good standing with the Church
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in technology tools, including G Suite, MS Office, CRM software (e.g., Raiser's Edge), and social media platforms
  • Ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships
  • Commitment to Catholic stewardship principles
  • Ability to travel locally to meet donors and attend events
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

Preferred

  • Experience with a Catholic school is preferable.
