Job Summary

Own and optimize the end-to-end operations of third-party ad campaigns across Amex digital properties, translating process design into scalable execution and AI-enabled improvements.

  • Ownership: end-to-end campaign lifecycle from plan validation to trafficking, reporting and billing.
  • Scale: build the operating foundation and KPIs that enable Amex Ads to scale with measurable results.
  • Improvement: redesign processes, spot product enhancements, and drive AI adoption to boost efficiency and outcomes.

Job Description

  • Lead the team responsible for the operational execution of advertising campaigns for third-party brands across Amex's digital properties (e.g., Amex Travel, Resy, Amex App)
  • Ensure campaigns are launched accurately, delivered successfully, and executed in compliance with American Express standards
  • Oversee the end-to-end operational lifecycle of digital advertising campaigns—from media plan validation through campaign trafficking, optimization, reporting, and billing
  • Build the operational foundation that enables Amex Ads to scale
  • Design new processes and develop the organizational structure required for growth
  • Define and track KPIs to measure performance and drive continuous improvement through redesigning existing processes, identifying opportunities for product enhancements, and driving AI adoption
