Job Summary

Support the digital media output for Corporate Communications by helping produce social content, events coverage, and storytelling assets while coordinating planning and cross-team support.

  • Content Creation: Assist with social posts, graphics, captions, and short-form video, ensuring brand-consistent visuals.
  • Storytelling & Events: Capture day-to-day storytelling and event footage, conduct interviews, and support on-site coverage and promotional needs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating social media content, including graphics, photos, captions and short form videos.
  • Capture and edit photography and video for events, day-to-day storytelling and campaigns.
  • Support story development, including interviews, behind-the-scenes content and profile features.
  • Assist with content planning and creative brainstorming for social media and digital campaigns.
  • Create visual assets that align with established brand standards.
  • Support layout and formatting of internal and external publications as needed.
  • Provide planning and promotional support for events, including on site content capture.
  • Provide support to other members of the Corporate Communications and Business Development teams, as directed.
  • Perform a variety administrative tasks, including but not limited to data entry, mailings, department inventory, etc.

Requirements

  • One (1) year of college completed with a study emphasis in communications, digital media, multimedia, photography, marketing, journalism or a related field
  • If a recent graduate, must be pursuing post graduate hours
  • Have and maintain a valid driver’s license Upon Hire
  • Pre-employment Background Check & Drug Screen Upon Hire

Preferred

  • Experience or coursework in social media content creation and/or visual storytelling.
