Job Summary

Own and optimize the paid media and growth engine across search, social, retail media, and creator partnerships to drive measurable ROI and scalable growth.

Growth Engine: Plan and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon DSP, and retail media.
Partner Ecosystem: Recruit and manage affiliates, influencers, and creators to extend reach and performance.
Cross-Channel Collaboration: Align brand, content, CRM, and website/ecommerce programs to lift CAC, ROAS, CLTV, and overall marketing ROI.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Amazon DSP & Sponsored Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and retail media networks
Manage performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, ACOS, CLTV, CPM, and CPC to ensure campaign effectiveness
Develop and maintain partnerships with affiliates, influencers, and content creators, including recruitment, activation, and performance management
Lead owned social media channels, ensuring content and engagement strategies align with brand objectives
Collaborate with brand, content, and CRM teams to enhance website, email, and SMS marketing performance
Create dashboards, reports, and insights to monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
Analyze customer behavior, audience segments, and sales funnels to inform strategic decisions and improve marketing ROI
Continuously test, refine, and innovate marketing strategies to maximize growth and efficiency

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing and measurable growth
Proven track record managing integrated campaigns across paid search, retail media, paid social, and other digital channels
Experience managing affiliate, influencer, and creator partnerships
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic insights and actionable plans
Knowledge of channel-specific KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, ACOS, CLTV, CPM, and CPC
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
