Job Summary

Own the cross channel marketing and communications workflow, with hands on PR, social, email, and content that ties to product UX and internal onboarding programs.

  • Marketing delivery: own campaigns, content, and PR in a fast paced BFSI context to move engagement and ROI.
  • Collaboration and delivery: partner with backend, web, QA, DevOps, and product teams to translate UX into releases and support UAT and post production fixes.
  • Analytics and impact: use data, tracking, and monitoring to optimize channels, onboarding initiatives, and policy updates.

Responsibilities

  • Results-driven marketing and communications professional with hands-on experience in public Relations and digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to create and execute social media and email campaigns, driving engagement, audience growth, and improved performance metrics.
  • Skilled in developing brand-aligned content and supporting multiple PR campaigns in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Strong analytical background, leveraging data insights and statistical techniques to optimize marketing strategies and ROI.
  • Experience in internal communications, process improvement, and enhancing organizational initiatives such as onboarding and policy updates.
  • Combines creative storytelling with technical and strategic problem-solving to deliver impactful marketing and communication solutions.
  • Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
  • Ability to translate functional requirements and UX designs into technical deliverables
  • Strong collaboration skills with backend, web, QA, DevOps, and product teams
  • Experience in supporting UAT, production releases, and post-production fixes

  • Exposure to crash analytics and monitoring tools
  • Experience building digital banking or financial mobile applications
  • Understanding of authentication flows, payments, accounts, transactions, and customer data handling
  • Exposure to regulatory, security, and audit requirements in BFSI environments
  • Qualifications : BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE

  • Functional / Domain Skills (Good to have)
  • Experience building digital banking or financial mobile applications
  • Understanding of authentication flows, payments, accounts, transactions, and customer data handling
  • Exposure to regulatory, security, and audit requirements in BFSI environments
