Must-have: Hands-on Klaviyo experience and Shopify/website management.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Managing Klaviyo email campaigns, automation workflows, segmentation, and A/B testing
Website management, updates, optimization, and A/B testing for conversions
Helping manage and grow our customer loyalty program
Setting up and executing Klaviyo automations (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.)
Managing paid ad campaigns (Meta ads, Google Ads) and optimizing for conversion
Analyzing campaign performance and reporting on KPIs (CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROI, email metrics)
Coordinating with our design and video team on asset creation

Requirements

1-3 years of digital marketing experience (in-house, agency, or startup)
Hands-on experience with Klaviyo email marketing platform (required)
Website management experience (Shopify or similar)
Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
Strong grasp of marketing metrics and analytics tools
Content creation skills (can write, design, or produce basic video)

Preferred

E-commerce or DTC background is a huge plus
