Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Paid Media Strategy & Execution: Build, manage, and continuously optimize U.S. Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
  • Meta Advertising: Plan and optimize Facebook and Instagram campaigns, including audience targeting, creative testing, remarketing, and pixel/event tracking.
  • Market & Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research, search-intent analysis, and competitor advertising reviews to develop localized U.S. campaign strategies.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor account performance and deliver recurring reports on CPL, CTR, CVR, ROAS, lead volume, and lead quality; translate findings into concrete optimization actions.
  • Conversion Optimization: Manage and improve landing-page content in partnership with Global Marketing; support A/B testing, conversion tracking, and conversion-rate optimization.
  • Lead Management Partnership: Work closely with the U.S. sales team to ensure timely lead follow-up and establish a feedback loop on lead quality, pipeline contribution, and downstream outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate regularly with Global Marketing on campaign strategy, data, creative needs, platform updates, and shared best practices across time zones.
  • Platform & Policy Expertise: Stay current on paid-media policies, new campaign formats, privacy and tracking changes, and emerging digital marketing practices; adjust strategy as needed.
  • Content & Video Support: Capture video at trade shows, company events, customer visits, product demonstrations, or customer testimonial settings, and complete basic editing for marketing use.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on B2B digital advertising experience, including direct ownership of Google Ads accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to build campaigns, plan keywords, select bidding strategies, manage negative keywords, write ad copy, and optimize performance independently.
  • Working knowledge of Meta Ads, including audience targeting, creative testing, remarketing, and conversion-event tracking.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, web traffic analysis, conversion tracking, and attribution concepts.
  • Strong data-analysis skills and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; able to identify anomalies and optimization opportunities quickly.
  • Professional fluency in English and Chinese. English is the primary language for U.S. market execution; Chinese is used for collaboration with Global Marketing.
  • Strong English copywriting skills with the ability to produce clear, natural, U.S.-market advertising content.
  • Self-directed, organized, and comfortable owning priorities in a relatively independent role while collaborating across cultures and time zones.
  • Basic ability to capture and edit short-form video using a phone or camera and tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.

Preferred

  • Experience marketing B2B industrial products, manufacturing technology, machine tools, capital equipment, or related solutions.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads.
  • Foundational knowledge of SEO and the ability to support content-marketing initiatives.
  • Experience working in the U.S. subsidiary of a global or China-headquartered company, with an understanding of U.S.–China team collaboration.
  • Experience connecting paid-media reporting with CRM data, sales feedback, and revenue or pipeline outcomes.
