Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist in campaign creation and execution of multi-channel, digital marketing strategies to acquire new leads at scale with success measured in qualified opportunity conversions.
Collaborate with cross functional teams including Channel Sales, Product Marketing and Content Marketing to cultivate lead generation programs and ensure campaigns are in alignment with brand positioning and long-term business goals.
Contribute to detailed analysis of campaign effectiveness including segmentation, and creative targeting.
Develop lead nurturing campaigns to strategically communicate and target prospective partners as they progress through the funnel.
Analyze campaign data to identify trends and optimize future marketing initiatives.
Assist with, analyze, and disseminate comprehensive reporting.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategy adjustments.

Requirements:

Typically requires a minimum of 5 years with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent experience.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar field or related business experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365, in particular Excel.
Solid and demonstrable experience of marketing automation software (HubSpot preferred) and CRM solutions.
Knowledge of lead scoring and nurturing techniques.
Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis and agility to quickly understand the relationship between marketing results and business outcomes.
Proven project management experience with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at one time.
Strong written and oral communication skills.

Preferred:

Understanding of the partner channel ecosystem is a plus.
