• Advanced operator with 11 + years of professional experience in marketing and/or leadership
• The intention to be compensated based on performance (not hours at a desk)
• Highly coachable self starter with a positive mental attitude
• Have the goal to make multiple 6 figures a year
• Professional and personable communication style
• Strong communication skills (in writing, on the phone & with video conferencing)
