Requirements

Advanced operator with 11 + years of professional experience in marketing and/or leadership
The intention to be compensated based on performance (not hours at a desk)
Highly coachable self starter with a positive mental attitude
Have the goal to make multiple 6 figures a year
Professional and personable communication style
Strong communication skills (in writing, on the phone & with video conferencing)
True willingness to change, integrate feedback, and consistently improve
