Responsibilities

  • Under the direction of the Director of Annual Programs and Lead Direction of the Senior Annual Giving Programs Specialist, the Digital Giving Programs Coordinator provides support for the implementation and day-to-day execution of the University Advancement’s digital giving and online engagement efforts.
  • The position is responsible for carrying out established multi-channel fundraising strategies, maintaining digital giving and engagement platforms, and coordinating with external online platform vendors to ensure effective delivery of campaigns and donor experiences.
  • The incumbent supports online fundraising initiatives designed to engage new donors, renew past donors, and encourage continued giving from current donors, with a primary focus on alumni, families, and friends of the University.
  • Responsibilities include implementing outreach and marketing activities across email, telemarketing, crowdfunding, social media, and other digital channels.
  • In addition, this role supports the administration of the Cougar Connect mentorship platform, serving as a point of contact for vendor coordination, content updates, and troubleshooting.
  • The Digital Giving Programs Coordinator collaborates with staff across the Office of Alumni Engagement & University Events and the Division of University Advancement, and regularly interacts with colleagues in Student Affairs, faculty and staff, donors, students, alumni, and volunteers in support of the University’s annual giving goals.
  • Position Summary Digital Giving Programs Coordinator (Advancement Professional I) This is a full-time, non-exempt position, which will lead toward permanent status following the successful completion of a probationary period.
