Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality visual assets for: - Social media - Internal newsletters and communications - Flyers, signage, presentations, and marketing collateral
  • Translate written content into visually compelling, brand-aligned materials
  • Maintain and evolve templates to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability
  • Ensure all deliverables align with HPSI brand standards and visual identity
  • Manage multiple design requests while prioritizing based on business needs and deadlines
  • Manage and maintain the social media content calendar across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X)
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect, organize, and refine content submissions
  • Edit and format copy to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand voice
  • Pair content with appropriate visuals and prepare posts for publishing
  • Schedule and publish content using social media management tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in graphic design and digital content production; prior experience in a corporate environment is strongly preferred
  • Strong design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
  • Strong writing, proofreading, and editorial skills with an eye for detail and tone
  • Strong written and verbal communicator with executive presence; able to collaborate effectively across teams and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly organized, process-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Adaptable, solutions-oriented, and able to pivot quickly in response to changing priorities
  • Proactive, self-starter with strong critical thinking skills and ability to work independently
  • Creative thinker with a passion for continuous improvement and process enhancement
  • Integrity, professionalism, and commitment to high-quality work

Preferred

  • prior experience in a corporate environment is strongly preferred
