Responsibilities

Managing internal and client relationships for digital marketing campaigns
Customizing digital and social media strategies to align with client business goals
Exploring and implementing AI-powered solutions for communications, marketing, and advertising
Advise senior leaders on best practices for the use of generative AI in campaign strategy, media monitoring, and content development
Automating workflows for digital marketing functions such as media clip reporting, audience segmentation, and ad targeting
Running day-to-day operations of digital and social media campaigns, including community management, creative execution, and social advertising
Analyzing emerging and ongoing digital conversations and strategically advising clients on future campaigns
Evaluating and recommending AI tools based on task, industry, and client need

Requirements

0–2 years of communications, digital, political, or data/AI-related experience
Maintained competence in implemented AI by testing new technologies, exploring practical applications, and staying connected to industry communities. Particularly in marketing, communications, and advertising
Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or monday.com
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with professional use of digital media channels
Strong professional working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms
Familiarity with AI-powered analytics or traditional social analytics experience (e.g., Brandwatch, Sysomos, etc.) is a plus
Coding experience in Python, JavaScript, or other languages is a plus
Problem-solving and creativity skills in the context of the internet and digital ecosystems
Excellent leadership, organizational, time management, and communication skills

Preferred
