Job Summary

Own the end-to-end ads operations for healthcare digital advertising, driving campaign setup, QA, optimization, and post-sale execution with cross-functional teams to protect revenue and renewals.

  • Campaign ownership: end-to-end trafficking, QA, and performance optimization.
  • Analytics collaboration: work with data teams to surface actionable improvements for Account Managers and clients.
  • Stakeholder alignment: coordinate with sales, product, and finance to ensure timely delivery and revenue reconciliation.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage digital advertising campaigns to ensure accurate impression, performance, and revenue delivery
  • Proactively monitor and analyze campaign performance, recommend, communicate and make optimizations to hit customer goals for all managed campaigns, including direct and programmatic
  • Oversea Campaign Management teams to ensure timely collection of creative assets, target lists, and other client deliverables to ensure timely and accurate campaign starts.
  • Understand customer KPIs and monitor for success, optimizing and ensuring effective campaigns, so renewals are high.
  • Proactively work with internal data analytics and reporting to recommend campaign improvements and optimizations to Account Managers and clients.
  • Maintain pre and post-launch QA process for all ads (3rd Party tags, creatives), assuring that all ads meet creative specs, and are tracked properly
  • Communication and engagement with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Support post-sales efforts with Account Management team, (your team is involved in post sales execution from closing opportunities in Salesforce, to campaign/product set-up and execution, to handling revision orders, etc.)
  • Assist Finance with internal and third-party delivery reporting to ensure proper revenue reconciliation

Requirements

  • 4-7 years in a digital ad operations roles and/or customer success roles, and at least 2-3 years of management experience running small or medium sized teams.
  • Experience in ad trafficking, ad operations and/or advertising agency digital media buying and planning
  • Knowledgeable and experienced with AppNexus/Xandr, DoubleVerify/Ad-Juster, IAS, Native Ad servers; knowledge of other third-party ad operations and ad server tools is a strong plus
  • Understanding of advertising industry, media buying/selling – pharmaceutical experience a plus, but not required
  • Expertise in standard Microsoft Office programs
  • Bachelor’s (Required)
  • Advertising Operations: min 3 years required
  • Customer Success: min 3 years required
