Job Summary

Own fundraising and marketing ops for a mission-driven org, focusing on events, annual plans, donor communications, and multi-channel outreach to engage supporters and partners.

  • Fundraising & Marketing Ops: plan events, semi annual appeals, annual giving, and manage donor database with timely acknowledgements and reports.
  • Communications & Collateral: develop annual report content, oversee social media, website, newsletters, and email blasts.
  • Partnerships & Creative: collaborate across teams to design collateral while cultivating community partners to advance the mission.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead or support: special fundraising events, planned stewardship activities, semi-annual appeals, annual giving opportunities, event sponsorship collateral.
  • Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of The League’s Annual Marketing and Development Plans.
  • Assist in developing The League's Annual Report content.
  • Manage donor database and is responsible for timely acknowledgements and reports.
  • Manage The League’s social media pages, website, newsletter, and email blasts.
  • Collaborate with departments to design creative marketing collateral while maintaining stock of brochures and other printed collateral.
  • Identify, cultivate and secure community partners to engage in the organization’s mission.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience managing WYSIWYG/plug & play websites and social media is required (2 years+).
  • Experience in planning and executing fundraising events is required (2 years+).

Preferred

  • Experience working with Canva, Adobe Suite or similar design programs preferred (2 years+)
  • Prefer a qualified person with a disability (preference as identified by state/federal funding source)
