  • Standout: Canva/CapCut familiarity and ability to refine content from performance data.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage content across multiple Instagram accounts (feed, stories, highlights)
  • Oversee publishing workflows from draft → post → distribution
  • Review and edit content to ensure consistency in tone and format
  • Coordinate with contributors and guide content development
  • Maintain daily posting cadence and platform organization
  • Support audience engagement through polls, prompts, and interactions
  • Track performance (reach, saves, shares, engagement) and refine approach

Requirements

  • Experience managing Instagram accounts (required)
  • Strong organizational and workflow management skills
  • Ability to maintain a consistent voice across content
  • Comfortable reviewing and refining content from others

Preferred

  • Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools (preferred)
